Planar Dragons, as their name suggests, are a kind of Dragon found amongst the various planes of Dungeons & Dragons.This has caused them to evolve into very different creatures indeed to their Chromatic Dragon and Metallic Dragon counterparts, being shaped more by their particular plane of origins than their family ties.
Dragonborn is a player character race in Dungeons& Dragons 4th edition as one of the core races in the Player's Handbook. They are also called "Dray" in the Dark Sun Campaign Setting. Dragonborn have the following racial traits.

The breath weapon’s shape and energy type depend on the type of dragon scale used to craft the amulet (see page 75 of the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook for a list of dragon types, energy types, and breath shapes). Each type of dragon has a different breath weapon. The chromatic dragons (evil) have one breath weapon and the metallic dragons (good) have two. Other dragons and semi-dragons frequently have breath weapons. One example is the dragon turtle's cone of steam breath weapon. Form. Breath weapons typically come in one of three forms.
Silver dragons are tall, with a feathered tail, and scales that shine like polished silver. They are graceful fliers and can breath a blast of deadly cold air. Lawful good, silvers are known to be the bravest of the dragons, determined to aid the weak, destroy evil and always behave in a chivalrous and honorable manner.
